b. 1980 - As a self-taught artist, Timothy began painting in 1999. He was originally influenced by many of the early 20th century masters including Picasso, Chagal, Kandinsky, Dali and Klee and started experimenting with his own forms of cubism, abstracts and figurative art. He is now inspired by many artists and draws on his imagination, dreams and surrounding life to create his images. Marketing his work primarily on the Internet, he began selling to overseas buyers, which led to his debut North American solo exhibition in Minneapolis, in 2001.
